This allows the waiver to be recorded and ensures you remain eligible to enroll later if you experience a qualifying life event.
Click here to navigate to the Bridged Benefits Portal, click “First Time User,” choose Employee, enter your information, create a username and password, then log in. Your email address is the preferred option for a username.

To enroll you and administer your benefits, the health plan must receive limited payroll information, Personal Health Information (PHI), and Personal Identifiable Information (PII) form your employer. Only the minimum necessary information is shared, and it is used solely for eligibility, enrollment, premium calculation, and claims processing. Your information is protected by HIPAA and other privacy laws, secure systems, access controls, and confidentiality requirements.
